The PCMU serves as the overarching entity responsible for coordinating procurement and financial processes, monitoring and evaluation, environmental and social safeguards, media and communication efforts, and administrative support across all the Project Implementation Units of KP-RIISP. With a focus on ensuring compliance with both the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the World Bank protocols, the PCMU is actively facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders and advancing project goals in the Merged Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
